SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We pride ourself in making sure your order gets shipped to your door efficiently and securely.
Your order normally takes only 3-6 days to arrive across Australia. There can be delays with our shipping provider due to COVID19 restrictions.
Please note, all our deliveries will be left in a safe place on the premises if you are not available on delivery. However if you would not your package left unattended please make a note in the 'notes' section when placing your order.

REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
If there is a defect in a Jay Leno’s Garage – Advanced Vehicle Care (JLG product, your exclusive remedy shall be product replacement or refund of the purchase price. JLG MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. There are many factors beyond JLG’s control that are uniquely within the user’s specific knowledge and control. User is solely responsible for evaluating the JLG product and determining whether it is a suitable fit for their particular application. JLG will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage related to the use of this product. We are able to accept returns on orders no older than 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and/or clearance items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 4 Halsey Rd, Airport West VIC 3042.
Your order will typically ship within 24 – 48 hours from the date of purchase. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4 Halsey Rd, Airport West VIC 3042. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
